These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AB Peptides, LLC website located at abpeptides.net (the "Site") and your purchase of products from AB Peptides, LLC ("AB Peptides," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site and do not order our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any product from AB Peptides. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are purchasing products solely for legitimate research, laboratory, or analytical reference purposes
- You will not use, consume, ingest, inject, or administer the products to yourself, any other person, or any animal
- You will not resell the products as fit for human or animal use
- All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
- Your purchase and use of the products will not violate any law applicable to you
3. Research Use Only — No Medical Use
All products sold by AB Peptides, LLC are strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary, veterinary, or in-vivo use.
You acknowledge and agree to the following:

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service to anyone, correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, and discontinue any product at any time without notice.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you submit your order is the price that applies, provided your order is submitted and payment is received in a timely manner.
Payment
Orders are not processed until payment is received in full. We currently accept payment via CashApp and Venmo. Payment handles and instructions are provided to you on the order confirmation screen after you submit an order and in your order confirmation email. You must include your order number in the payment memo so that we can match your payment to your order. Failure to include the correct order number may delay or prevent fulfillment.
Order acceptance
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our sole discretion. Your order is considered confirmed only when we have received payment in full and have notified you that the order will be shipped or made available for pickup.
No stored payment information
We do not store credit card, debit card, or banking information. All payment transactions occur on the third-party platforms (CashApp, Venmo) you select.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping method
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within the Continental United States. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping cost
We charge a $7 flat rate for shipping within the Continental U.S. Local pickup is available in Ardmore, Oklahoma at no additional cost.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, U.S. federal holidays, severe weather, or scheduled vacation closures. We will post notices on the Site for any planned closures.
Tracking
You will receive an email with USPS tracking information once your order ships.
Risk of loss
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to USPS. We are not responsible for delays, damages, theft, or loss occurring during transit. If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We will assist with documentation when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement, refund, or credit for packages lost or damaged after they have been turned over to USPS.
Accurate address required
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address information may, at our discretion, be re-shipped at your expense or refunded minus shipping costs and a reasonable restocking fee.
7. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available only in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Pickup details are coordinated by text message after your order is placed using the phone number you provide. Pickup is by appointment only. If you fail to coordinate or arrive for a scheduled pickup within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, ship the order to your address at your expense or cancel the order and issue a refund minus reasonable handling costs.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Products cannot be re-sold once they have left our facility.
Cancellations before shipment
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us at abpeptides@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped and payment has been received, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds, when issued, are returned via the original payment method.
Defective or incorrect orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect (wrong product or quantity) or visibly defective (broken vial, leaking container, etc.) upon arrival, contact us at abpeptides@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue and your order number. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
9. Referral Program
We offer a referral rewards program in which you may earn a free vial after ten (10) qualifying customer referrals. Program terms:
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously placed an order with AB Peptides
- The new customer must list your name in the "Referred by" field at the time of their order
- Existing or repeat customers do not count as referrals
- The free vial is awarded after ten (10) qualifying referrals have been confirmed
- AB Peptides reserves the right to verify all referrals and to refuse credit for fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referrals
- AB Peptides may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time and without prior notice
- Referral credit cannot be combined with other promotions and has no cash value
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this Site or any product purchased from AB Peptides to:
- Use, consume, ingest, inject, or administer any product to or for any human or animal use
- Resell or distribute our products as fit for human or animal use
- Represent, suggest, or imply that our products are FDA-approved, safe for consumption, or suitable for medical, therapeutic, or cosmetic use
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Site or its order forms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point in the order process
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the experience of other users
Violation of these Prohibited Uses may result in cancellation of your order, refusal of future orders, and any other remedy available to us at law or in equity.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, product names, vial illustrations, infographics, photographs, and code, is the property of AB Peptides, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior express written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
12. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our business, including but not limited to USPS, CashApp, Venmo, Cloudflare, Netlify, Resend, and Google Workspace tools. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. AB Peptides is not responsible for the performance, errors, downtime, or actions of any third-party service provider.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB Peptides disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- Defects on the Site will be corrected within any particular time frame
- Any product will meet your specific research requirements
- Any specific result will be achieved from the use of our products in research
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB Peptides, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business, or use, arising from or relating to your use of the Site or our products, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our products, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AB Peptides in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AB Peptides, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Site or any product purchased from AB Peptides
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
- Any misuse, ingestion, injection, administration, or human or animal use of our products
- Any false or misleading information you provide to us
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Carter County, Oklahoma. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AB Peptides.
